Pastoral Team and Staff

Dave Dyer, Senior Pastor 

 

Dave Dyer, lead pastor, came to Coleman Wesleyan in August of 2006.  Born and raised in Battle Creek, MI, Pastor Dave graduated from Spring Arbor University in 1979 with a B. A. in Philosophy & Religion.  With 28 years of pastoral experience, Pastor Dave leads our staff and congregation with passion and a deep desire to build the Kingdom of Christ.

 

Pastor Dave is married to Rachel.  They have two sons: Ryan (not in photo) & Jonathan.

 

 

Shannon Marden, Youth Pastor 

 

Shannon Marden, pastor of Student Ministries, came to Coleman Wesleyan in April of 2002.  He was born and raised in Woods Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada in a wonderful Christian home.  Pastor Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry from Bethany Bible College.  His passion is for the teenagers of our community, and his goal in ministry is to lead them to take the next step in their walk with Christ.

 

 

Mary Geer,  Administrative Assistant

Mary Geer, our administrative assistant, grew up at Coleman Wesleyan, and has been a part of the staff since August, 2001.  Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, and was a teacher in the Florida Keys for four years, before returning to serve at Coleman Wesleyan.

 

Ryan Lewis "Louie the Intern",  Summer 2008 Intern

Ryan Lewis, born and raised in Coleman, is working this summer as an intern at our church.  He is currently attending Bethany Bible College in Sussex, New Brunswick, where he is studying Youth Ministry.  Ryan is providing assistance in preaching, Youth and Children's ministry, visitation and various other areas of ministry.  His passion to serve Jesus is evident in the way he lives his life.  Ryan loves the worst team in baseball and really enjoys reading.
